- The Email Alert will be active for six months from the date it is created. If you'd like to Renew or Delete an alert, view your Dashboard and click on Manage Job Alert Emails.

Where can I view jobs open to current county employees?
To view jobs that are open internally only, you must be a current Johnson County employee and have an assigned Johnson County email address.
Visit the Employee Career Portal.
How can current county employees apply for jobs?
There are multiple ways of accessing the iCIMS employee application portal. If you are interested in applying for a job, it is strongly recommended that you first obtain the employee portal password. The reset password email is sent to your county email address, which can only be accessed via the county network, VPN or Multi Factor Authentication (MFA).
Once these steps are complete, you can use the user id and password from anywhere. If you have VPN access, you may still access the employee portal without obtaining your employee portal password.
Obtaining your employee portal password:
- With access to your county email, navigate the Employee Career Portal.
- Click on the Log back in! link.
- Enter your county email address and click the Continue button.
- Locate the password reset email in your county email inbox and click on the link.
- Create your new password.
- Return to the Employee Career Portal.
- Enter your county email address and click the Continue button.
- Enter the new password and click the Log In button.
From the county network:
- Navigate the Employee Career Portal.
- Click on the Log back in! link.
- Do not enter your email address.
- Instead, click on the button at the bottom of the page titled Continue with Johnson County Government with the small Johnson County Logo.
- If asked, enter your county email in the next page and click Enter.
With VPN access:
- Connect to the VPN as normal.
- Navigate the Employee Career Portal.
- Click on the Log back in! link.
- Do not enter your email address.
