Outreach Services
Outreach Services is a division within Johnson County Aging & Human Services that provides social services to vulnerable residents. Services include utility assistance, food pantry, information and referral and short-term goal planning. Programs such as accessibility and Catch-a-Ride are within the Outreach Services division as well.
