Obtain Fingerprints

Appointments are available Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM to 3:15 PM, except holidays.

• Johnson County Residents - No charge for the first set of 2, $2.00 for each additional set
• Non-Johnson County Residents - $10.00 for the first set of 2, $2.00 for each additional set

Acceptable forms of payment are cash, money orders or personal checks.  The exact amount is necessary, as we are not able to make change.

Proper identification is required for any fingerprinting service requiring verification of signature. The following are acceptable forms of identification:

• Kansas State unexpired driver’s license. No temporary driver’s license.
• Kansas State issued identification card
• Out of State driver license (unexpired) with matching proof of residency. No temporary driver’s license.
• US Federal Identification card
• US Department of Defense Identification card (Military ID)
• United States Passport or passport card – unexpired
• Department of Homeland Security Trusted Travelers card
• Foreign passport if stamped by the Immigration and Naturalization Service within past 90 days
• Permanent Resident Card
• Border Crossing Card with valid passport
• Native American Tribal photo identification card

All identification cards must be current, contain a photo, physical description, signature and serial number.

• Due to high demand, we require an appointment.
• Appointments require a 24-hour advance notice. 
• Only one person is allowed to sign up for each 15 minute time slot.  
• If you know in advance that you cannot make your scheduled appointment time, please cancel online or call 913-715-5511. 
• We only generate electronic fingerprint cards and do not provide inked fingerprints.
