The Home-Delivered Meals Program of the Area Agency on Agency has a priority need for volunteer in Olathe and Gardner.

The program delivers meals between 10:45 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday to frail and elderly homebound residents, age 60 years old and older, and their spouses. AAA requests a commitment from volunteers to deliver home meals at least twice a month as a substitute or to adopt a weekly “route.”

Volunteers, who are interested in delivering meals for the Lenexa or Blue Valley/Leawood areas, will be placed on a wait list and contacted to attend an orientation when weekly delivery routes become available in those areas.
