Community PPE Survey

The State of Kansas is releasing a supply of personal protective equipment (PPE) to Johnson County for distribution to organizations that provide essential functions within Johnson County. We are requesting that those organizations assess their own needs and determine an appropriate 90-day supply of PPE for employees and volunteers.  Those organizations can then complete the survey, linked below, and request available PPE.

We ask that organizations with multiple facilities, such as franchises, consolidate requests when possible. This will speed up the distribution process for everyone.
