During the COVID-19 crisis, KLS scheduled appointments may take place over the phone at the scheduled date and time which was set up by calling KLS appointment locations.
AAA clients are in that high risk group (age 60 and above) so KLS will not be doing face to face meetings at this time. The attorney will call the number given on/or about their scheduled appointment time. When you call to schedule an appointment you will be advised not to come to the appointment location, but be available to receive a phone call at or about the designated time when the KLS attorney will discuss your Legal Services problems, concerns, or questions.
There will be no legal appointments in July, August, or September. Appointments will resume October 2019.
The Elder Law Hotline also makes volunteer attorneys available at 1-888-353-5337 a toll free number.
