Jack A. Shultz

Jack was reported missing on January 4, 1995.  He was last seen on November 28, 1994. Officers believe Jack is a victim of foul play.  During the year of Jack's disappearance many rumors surfaced regarding Jack's death.  Officers have conducted hundreds of interviews and have searched numerous areas in rural DeSoto, Kansas.
