Johnson County Government to host vendor fair

Each year, Johnson County Government solicits bids for vendors to do business on county projects, and in an effort to increase the pool of vendors, the county will host a vendor fair 9 a.m. to noon Monday, Sept. 18, at the county administration building, 111 S. Cherry St. in Olathe.

At the event, vendors will be able to meet with county department representatives to discuss specific business needs and attend an information session on doing business with the county.

Businesses interested in bidding on projects in excess of $50,000 must be registered to receive electronic solicitations at jocogov.ionwave.net. Registration is not required for this event.
