The Johnson County Election Office announced today it will open three additional advance voting locations for the November general election. The additions will bring the total number of locations in the county to 10.

The Election Office also announced all 10 locations would open on Saturday, Oct. 17, adding a third Saturday of advance voting hours for an election that’s expected to draw historic voter turnout.
“These expanded advance voting opportunities will help our voters stay safe and healthy during voting for the November election,” said Johnson County Election Commissioner Connie Schmidt. “I would encourage all of our voters to vote early to avoid crowds and long lines on Election Day.”
