
Pillars of Performance combines and communicates the principles which have guided our organization for some time now. These Pillars help create a culture that guides how and why we do our work each day. This has been referred to as HPO (abbreviation for High Performing Organization) or LEAP (the three- or five-day leadership training many employees have taken.) When we talk about our organization’s Leadership Philosophy, Mission, Vision and Values, we are talking about Pillars of Performance.
