The Johnson County District Court Trustee's office is responsible for enforcement of Johnson County support orders as well as any other court orders referred to us by another court. The office is fully computerized, allowing us the ability to monitor over 9,000 active support cases.

Additionally, the automated system prepares delinquent notices, generates case histories, and develops financial reports and statistics. The Trustee is empowered to pursue all civil remedies in enforcing the payment of support.
