New Century Commerce Center News
At the Oct. 21, 2021 Board of County Commissioners meeting, the Board voted in favor of approving a Master Development Plan with VanTrust Real Estate for the New Century Commerce Center and for the Authorization of the Phase 1 of the Infrastructure Development Plan as recommended by the Johnson County Airport Commission.
Under the Master Development Plan, VanTrust will serve as the County’s development partner and be responsible for overseeing the phased design and construction of the infrastructure necessary to support development within the New Century Commerce Center.
