Wellness Monitoring
Wellness Monitoring provides an evaluation and regularly scheduled nursing visits by a registered nurse for individuals who have medical conditions that require ongoing oversight. The nurse determines if the person is properly using medical health services as recommended by the physician and monitors for changes in the individual’s health and well-being.
