An application workshop for 2024 Community Development Block Grant funds is tentatively scheduled in the Lower Level Conference Room 201 at the County Administration Building, 111 South Cherry St., Olathe, KS 66061.

Please note that eligible applicants for CDBG funding are cities in Johnson County, county departments, nonprofit organizations with an IRS 501(c)(3) tax exemption letter, and faith-based organizations.

In addition to responding to applicants’ questions, there will be a brief overview of the CDBG program and the application. It is highly encouraged interested applicants attend to learn about new policies taking effect in 2023 and 2024. Completed applications for 2024 CDBG funding will be due by noon on May 25, 2023.
