The public and pool operators are invited to review the new Johnson County Aquatic Health Code DRAFT and provide feedback in person at a public meeting on March 26, 2024 from 2-4 p.m. at the Sunset Drive Building, Room 1075, 11811 S. Sunset Drive, Olathe, Kansas 66061. Feedback can also be sent to jcdhe@jocogov.org through April 10, 2024.

The purpose of updating the code is to ensure public health through safe, evidence-based practice in the management of public and semi-public swimming pools and spas and public beaches.
