Considering applying for CDBG funds? An application workshop for 2025 Community Development Block Grant funds is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, April 25, 2024 at 1:30 p.m.

You can attend in person in Lower Level Conference Room 201 at the Johnson County Administration Building, 111 S. Cherry St., Olathe, KS 66061, as well as via Zoom (view the Zoom procedures).

Please note that eligible applicants for CDBG funding are cities in Johnson County, county departments, nonprofit organizations with an IRS 501(c)(3) tax exemption letter, and faith-based organizations.

In addition to responding to applicants’ questions, there will be a brief overview of the CDBG program and the application. It is highly encouraged interested applicants attend to learn about new policies taking effect in 2024 and 2025. Completed applications for 2025 CDBG funding will be due by noon on June 14, 2024.
