Johnson County Wastewater to send out biannual customer satisfaction survey
Johnson County Wastewater is seeking feedback on its wastewater services.
Wastewater has partnered with ETC Institute to administer its biannual Customer Satisfaction survey this June. An estimated 400 customers will be contacted through email and text message to complete the online survey from June 6-10.
If you are contacted, please fill out the survey to share your feedback as a county wastewater customer. The survey is legitimate and will take approximately five minutes to complete. Responses will remain confidential.
The emails will be sent from mike.rich@research.net or alex.jaeger@research.net, and text messages from (801) 657-3947, (833) 241-5141 and (833) 523-0064.
Wastewater will use the data from the survey to hear how well the organization is servicing its customers to improve the quality of services provided. The survey asks about wastewater and sewer services, billing and customer service, and more.
