After closely monitoring today’s winter weather situation, Johnson County Government has decided to open for business today, with limited in-person programs, services and staffing.  
  
Johnson County Government closings/cancellations as of 6 a.m. on Jan. 9:

• All Johnson County Library locations will open at noon on Tuesday, Jan. 9 due to weather conditions. Edgerton Library will open as scheduled at 1 p.m.
• The K-10 Connector bus route will not operate on Tuesday, Jan. 9. Other Johnson County Transit routes may be currently experiencing delays between 30 to 60 minutes.
• Johnson County Home-Delivered Meals and Catch-a-Ride services have been cancelled for Tuesday, Jan. 9. Senior nutrition congregate centers are also closed.
• The Johnson County Park and Recreation District has closed access to several parks, trails and facilities. For the latest updates on closures, please visit jcprd.com/696/Rainouts-Temporary-Closures.
