Johnson County winter weather update: 6:30 p.m., Jan. 8
Johnson County Government is closely monitoring the anticipated winter storm expected to affect Johnson County tonight and tomorrow. We will assess the situation throughout the evening, and currently plan to open for business tomorrow, with limited in-person programs, services and staffing.
We will announce any decision on Tuesday morning to close or delay opening of non-essential government offices/services on Tuesday, Jan. 9.
Johnson County Government closings/cancellations as of 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 8:
- Johnson County Home-Delivered Meals and Catch-a-Ride services have been cancelled for tomorrow, Jan. 9. Senior nutrition congregate centers are also closed.
