The City of Olathe is requesting that the County consider making the following amendments to the 2020 Action Plan.

Two projects have been canceled: Keeler Street sidewalk project with a balance of $100,000.00 and Parkview Manor Bathroom Improvements with a balance of $47,737.92 for a total of $147,737.92 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for 2020.

Olathe is requesting that the canceled funds be transferred to eligible projects listed in the 2019 and 2020 Action Plans including: 2019 Olathe Parkview Manor Security, 2020 Olathe Parkview Manor Parking Lot, and 2020 Pine/Elm ADA Improvements.

This Amendment would constitute a substantial amendment to the 2020 Action Plan. The County's Citizen Participation Plan calls for a 30-day public comment period before making these amendments.
