The Johnson County Department of Health and Environment offers a variety of unpaid, academic field experiences that provide opportunities for skills practice or shadowing of public health professionals, as well as free presentations on numerous public health topics.

Child Care Licensing

Johnson County Child Care Licensing division works with all child care facilities in Johnson County. Kansas Child Care Licensing Law states that anyone providing care for children other than those related by blood, marriage, or adoption, must be licensed.
