Walk-In Health Services

The Johnson County Department of Health and Environment offers walk-in services for STI testing, STI treatment, immunizations, vaccinations, physical exams, pregnancy testing, TB testing, tuberculosis testing, blood pressure clinics.

Outreach Nurse Services for Older Adults

Skilled Registered Nurses are available to visit with senior adults one-on-one in their home and provide physical and social assessments as well as education and counseling on senior needs.

Pregnancy Services

The Johnson County Department of Health and Environment offers a number of pregnancy services including pregnancy testing, contraception, prenatal care, postpartum care, targeted case management for pregnant and parenting adolescents and adults under age 21 and nurse-family partnership for first-time mothers and mothers-to-be where a nurse meets regularly through her pregnancy, the birth of her newborn, until the child turns two.
