Education Committee
The CLRB shall establish continuing education requirements, rules, and regulations for contractors licensed under this Chapter. Every contractor shall complete at least eight hours of continuing education as required by the CLRB each calendar year.
Contractor Licensing Review Board
The Contractor Licensing Review Board (CLRB) is comprised of 9 members appointed by the Johnson County Board of County Commissioners. The members serve without compensation. The specific duties of the CLRB are outlined in Resolution 058-01, pages 3-6.
Contractor Education
Every qualified individual, seeking maintain their license, must complete a minimum of eight hours of continuing education per license class each calendar year.
Renew a License
Renewal or reinstatement of all licenses begin on Oct. 1 for the following calendar year. A late fee of $75 is applied after Jan. 31.
