For Landlords

Johnson County Housing Services depends on private landlords to provide rental options—houses, apartments, condos, townhomes and duplexes—for participants in the program.

For Renters

Before the rental search begins, take time to prepare yourself. Get ready to put in the work to find your home. Gather your information, and list the must haves in a rental unit. Finally, prepare for the search by knowing which city, price, school district, community or neighborhood you are interested in.
