Insurance benefits begin on the first day of the calendar month following an employee’s start date or the date an employee becomes benefit-eligible.

- Full-time employees: Regularly scheduled to work at least 40 hours a week
- Part-time partial plus employees: Regularly scheduled to work 30-39 hours a week
