Mental Health Diversion Program
The Mental Health Diversion Program is a joint effort between the Johnson County Mental Health Center (JCMHC) and the Johnson County District Attorney; the City of Olathe Prosecutor; and the City of Overland Park Prosecutor.
The Mental Health Diversion program may be available to clients struggling with Serious Mental Illness (SMI). The objective of the program is to directly support clients with their mental health treatment through a provider with JCMHC in lieu of further prosecution for their offense.
