Micro Transit

Micro Transit banner

The RideKC family is excited to offer a variety of shared on-demand ride-hailing, or Micro Transit services, in the region. These services allow passengers to book and pay for rides without needing to reserve in advance.

Passengers can book rides using an app or by phone call, while drivers use an in-vehicle device or app to receive instructions.

Our on-demand microtransit and Iris services are shared rides, similar to Uber Pool or Lyft Shared. Other passengers may be picked up, or dropped off, during your route.   All these services offer accessible vehicles upon request.
