West Consolidated Zoning Board
Conducts public hearings and makes recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners on matters of zoning, land use, and development of townships. The board considers site plans for new businesses, requests for rezoning or special uses of property, and requests to subdivide land into lots.
Meeting Location: County Administration Building (111 S Cherry St, Olathe, KS), Third Floor, Board Hearing Room
Meeting Time: 6:30 p.m. on third Wednesdays. Zoning Boards do not meet if there are no agenda items. Please check below for meeting cancellations or updates.

Effective Aug. 1, 2023, the Northwest Consolidated Zoning Board and the Southwest Consolidated Zoning Board merged to become the West Consolidated Zoning Board.
