Mental Health Diversion Program
The objective of the program is to directly support clients with their mental health treatment through a provider with JCMHC in lieu of further prosecution for their offense.
Advisory Board
The Advisory Board meets on the fourth Monday of every other month beginning January 25, 2021, at 6000 Lamar Ave. Mission, KS 66202. However, Advisory Board meetings are currently being conducted virtually via Zoom.
Community Toolbox
Lessons, developed by Johnson County Mental Health Center staff members, include a video presentation, exercises, supplemental handouts, and video directions for the instructor.

Johnson County Mental Health Center administers a variety of outpatient treatment services.
Open Access
You will meet with a member of our staff who will listen to you and assess your individual needs.
Training Opportunities
Prevention Services staff work to prevent substance abuse and it's negative consequences through training and educational presentations.
Teen Task Force
Students in eighth through twelfth grade from across Johnson County. The Teen Task Force works as a team to prevent underage drinking, tobacco and other drug use and promote mental health.
Substance Use
Johnson County Mental Health addresses the whole person during the course of treatment through the use of evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing and positive behavioral supports.
Strengthening Families
SFP consists of parenting skills, children's life skills, and family skills training courses taught together in fourteen sessions.
