The Johnson County Building Officials Association (JOCOBO) bylaws are rules and regulations made to control the actions of the members. The bylaws state the rules and regulations for the Board of Directors, the memberships, the officers, committees, and meetings.

The Johnson County Building Officials Association (JOCOBO) Constitution is a body of fundamental principles, establishes precedents, and sets Objectives, Memberships and Dues, Officers, Board of Directors, and Meetings and voting.
