A 50 Plus Afternoon Tea event is scheduled at 2 p.m. Nov. 9 at the Meadowbrook Park Clubhouse, 9101 Nall Ave., Prairie Village.

Participants are invited to enjoy an afternoon of well-mannered frivolity, indulge in traditional afternoon tea snacks sample a variety of teas and participate in fun interactive games.

Cost is $15 per person, $16 non - residents. Participants need to bring their favorite teacup from home.
