HOME-ARP was allocated for a Non-Congregate Shelter in 2022. On July 25, 2024, the Board of County Commissioners authorized other funding for the Homeless Services Center.

Below is the revised Allocation Plan changing the eligible activities to Supportive Services and Rental Housing. This was approved by the Housing and Community Development Advisory Committee on Aug. 14, 2024.

After the closing of the public comment period described below, the revised Allocation Plan will be presented to the Board of County Commissioners prior to submission to HUD for final approval.
