Pay and Bonuses

JCW offers competitive pay and benefits. Please select a job opening below to see the pay range for the position. Starting pay is based on experience, education and position.

JCW also provides generous sign-on bonuses for select operations and maintenance positions, and a referral bonus for all employees for helping us find new talent.

  • $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible positions (to be paid in two increments)
  • $500 referral bonus for all JCW employees for referring new talent

Johnson County Wastewater is a county department that operates under the direction of the Johnson County Board of Commissioners, the County Manager, and the Deputy County Manager. The department has three organizational divisions:
