We provide a variety of online information and publications to assist individuals and families with access to public benefits, community resources, and helpful services and activities.

Catch-a-Ride is a social service program that provides volunteer transportation to medical appointments and social service agencies within Johnson County. 

The Area Agency on Aging sponsors services to educate, counsel and advise caregivers and help them deal with the physical and emotional stresses of caregiving. Other services provide direct care for the older adults to assist the caregiver or give the caregiver a much needed break.

CARE stands for Client Assessment, Referral and Evaluation. Everyone seeking a permanent move to a Kansas Medicaid certified nursing facility must be assessed by the CARE program.
