HOME-ARP was allocated for Non-Congregate Shelter in 2022. On July 25, 2024, the Board of County Commissioners authorized other funding for the Homeless Services Center. Below is the revised Allocation Plan changing the eligible activities to Supportive Services and Rental Housing.
