Barbara Buchanan, MD, will discuss “Stress Reduction and Sleep” in the next online health “Doc Talk” webinar series centering around high blood pressure (hypertension).

Her presentation will be 2 p.m. May 8.

The webinar series is being provided in a partnership between the Johnson County Department of Health and Environment and the Kansas City Medical Society Foundation.

The “Doc Talk” series provides participants the opportunity to speak with a local physician about how they can manage their blood pressure and protect their health.

The series is open to all residents of Johnson County and there is no charge to attend. All webinars start at 2 p.m.
