Johnson County Park and Recreation District’s 50 Plus Department is offering two free virtual programs in early 2022, including:

• “Kansas City PBS Studio Tour” – Take a look behind the scenes at the Kansas City PBS studio and hear an overview of their three brands, which include The Hale Journalism Center and The Bridge history and acquisition, learn about old equipment as well as new and much more at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 20.

• “Picture Perfect - Digitizing Your Negatives” – Preserve memories by digitizing your negatives. Watch a demonstration of a simple machine that helps you scan, edit and save your photos right to your phone at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 17.
