Johnson County Wastewater is launching a new online payment portal this summer that will make paying utility bills easier for residential and commercial wastewater customers.

The features that customers have come to expect and enjoy, such as paperless, AutoPay and making payments through ACH, VISA, Discover and/or Mastercard, will be included in this new system.

New features include:

• Pay by text
• Multi-account management
• One-time online payments

All customers who wish to utilize the online payment portal will have to register for an account. There is no cost to register or use this new portal. If customers do not wish to register for the new portal, they can still view and pay wastewater bills without registering.

New Bill Design

JCW has also rolled out a new easy-to-read design for utility bills. Customer should start receiving a bill with the new design this summer.
